腹部超声诊断剖宫产后再次妊娠子宫疤痕破裂的准确性研究

Accuracy of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine scar rupture after cesarean section

目的 :探讨腹部超声检查在剖宫产后再次妊娠子宫疤痕破裂诊断中的应用价值。方法 :选取2015年10月—2017年2月我院腹部超声检查显示存在子宫前壁下段肌层疤痕缺陷剖宫产后再次妊娠的92例晚期孕产妇,接受剖宫产术后,观察对比术前超声检查结果与术中诊断结果。结果 :超声检查显示51例患者为子宫前壁下段肌层缺陷,术中诊断证实为44例,超声检查前壁子宫下段肌层缺陷与术中诊断对比符合率为86.27%;超声检查显示肌层缺失36例,术中诊断为77.78%,超声检查肌层缺失与术中诊断对比符合率为77.78%。结论 :利用腹部超声检查可对剖宫产后再次妊娠子宫疤痕破裂作出准确预测,进而有利于指导医师开展临床治疗。

Objectivee To investigate the value of abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine scar rupture after cesarean section. r cesarean section. Methods Methods From October 2015 February—2017 year in our hospital abdominal ultrasound examination showed the presence of 92 cases of advanced maternal anterior lower segment uterine muscle scar defect after cesarean section, cesarean section postoperative observation, diagnosis results of ultrasonography in preoperative and intraoperative contrast. t. Results Results The ultrasound examination showed 51 patients with anterior lower segment uterine muscle defects, intraoperative diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasonography in 44 cases, anterior wall of the lower uterine segment defects and intraoperative contrast diagnosis coincidence rate was 86.27%; ultrasound examination showed the muscle deletion in 36 cases, intraoperative ultrasound diagnosis was 77.78%, muscle layer missing and intraoperative diagnosis compared with rate of 77.78%. h rate of 77.78%. Conclusion Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound examination can accurately predict the rupture of uterine scar after cesarean section, which is helpful to guide doctors to carry out clinical treatment.
