摘要
目的:探讨胎儿系统超声检查在产科胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:将本院于2015年5月—2017年:将本院于5月期间接收的行产前检查的中、晚期孕妇986例作为研究资料,依据检查方式分为两组,其中对照组采样常规超声检查方式,共486例,观察组采用胎儿系统超声检查方式,共500例,依据引产或分娩后病理检查结果进行两种产前超声检查方式的应用价值进行评价。结果:观察组胎儿畸形占比3.00%,对照组胎儿畸形占比2.67%;观察组经胎儿系统超声检查检出率2.80%,准确率93.33%,漏诊率6.67%;对照组经常规超声检查,检出率1.65%,准确率61.54%,漏诊率38.46%;经比较,观察组准确率显著高于对照组,漏诊率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在产科胎儿畸形筛查中加强胎儿系统超声检查可进一步提高畸形检出率,诊断价值较高,对改善人口素质和降低围产儿死亡率有重要的作用,值得推广和普及。
Objective Objective To explore the value of fetal system ultrasonography in the screening of fetal malformations. Methodss 986 cases of middle and late pregnant women who received prenatal examination were collected from May 2015 to May 2017.
