双源CT双能量扫描对肝脏肿瘤诊断的价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨肝脏肿瘤疾病诊断中应用双源CT(DSCT)双能量扫描诊断的价值。方法:选择我院2014年3月—2017年7月收治的经术后病理证实为肝脏肿瘤的患者30例作为研究对象,入组对象有完整临床资料,愿意配合研究,均接受双源CT双能量扫描诊断,双能量多期扫描后生成序列图像3个,分别为80kV、140kV、120kV加权图像,利用Dual Energy软件处理,选择普通平扫(TNE)与虚拟平扫(VNC)图像处理。观察与记录TNE与VNC检查肝脏、脾脏、肌肉、腹主动脉的CT值,记录辐射剂量(剂量长度乘积(DLP)评估),以及不同肝脏肿瘤患者的门静脉期、动脉期、实质期碘浓度与碘比值,并实施统计学分析。结果:TNE与VNC检查肝脏、脾脏、肌肉、腹主动脉的CT值比较无显著差异(P>0.05);VNC较TNE在DLP上明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝血管瘤患者门静脉期、动脉期、实质期碘浓度与碘比值最高,与其余各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT(DSCT)虚拟平扫能大大降低患者辐射剂量,且不影响双源CT对肝脏肿瘤疾病诊断价值。 Objectivee To evaluate the value of dual-source CT(DSCT) dual-energy scanning in the diagnosis of liver cancer.. Methods Methods Thirty patients with liver tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to July 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with complete clinical data and were willing to cooperate with each other.(TNE) and virtual plain(VNC) image processing were selected by using dual energy software, and the images were processed with dual energy portal vein scan. The images were processed with 80 kV, 140 kV and 120 kV weighted images.(TNP) and VNC were used to examine the CT values of the liver, spleen, muscle and abdominal aorta, and the radiation dose(dose-length product(DLP)) was recorded. Conclusions Conclusions Dual-source CT dual-energy scans can be used to diagnose liver tumors, and there is no difference in CT value and dose, regardless of plain scan or virtual plain scan. There are different iodine concentrations in different liver tumor diseases And iodine ratio, there is a potential value of identification, it is worth learning.
