椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术前手术姿势模拟的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of preoperative posture simulation on the operation of nucleus pulposus extraction with intervertebral foramen

目的:探讨术前对患者进行手术中所要采取特殊姿势提前模拟演练的必要性。方法:选取我院自2014年9月—2016年10月腰椎间盘突出疾病行椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者31例,先后分为对照组15例和研究组16例;对照组依据常规方法进行围手术期常规护理指导,研究组在围手术期常规护理指导的基础上辅以术中所需特殊姿势的术前模拟演练指导。术后比较两组患者术中心理恐惧度以及术中与术者配合的满意度。结果:术中患者心理恐惧度评分研究组(5.69±1.40)低于对照组(7.00±1.69)(P<0.05);术者对患者术中配合满意度评分研究组(7.31±1.20)高于对照(6.13±1.25)(P<0.05)。上述差异均有统计学意义。结论:对椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者在术前进行术中手术姿势的模拟演练指导可提高患者术中的配合度,减低术中患者恐惧程度。

Objective Objective To investigate the necessity of simulating the exercise of special posture in patients before operation.. Methods Methods In our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016, 31 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the observation group 15 cases and the study group 16 cases; Observation group according to conventional methods to carry out perioperative routine nursing guidance, The study group was guided by routine nursing instruction on the basis of routine nursing instruction during the perioperative period. The psychological fear degree of the two groups were compared and the coordination satisfaction degree of the operators on the two groups performance in the operation were compared.. Results Results The score of psychological fear patients during operation,the study group(5.69±1.40) is lower than the observation group(7±1.69)(P < 0.05); patients with satisfaction scores of the study group patients(7.31±1.20) higher than the observation group(6.13±1.25)(P < 0.05). The above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Conclusion Preoperative guidance for patients to simulate the operation posture can improve the degree of satisfaction coordination and to reduce the degree of psychological fear.
