补肾健脾疏肝调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的超声研究

目的:探究补肾健脾疏肝调周法对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效及其超声检查特征。PCOS)的疗效及其超声检查特征。方法:总结近年来中医药对以肾虚痰湿为主要病机的PCOS的诊疗成就,结合超声观察其治疗前后的卵巢形态学改变与血流动力学信息,予以综述。结果:补肾健脾疏肝调周法论治PCOS确有明显疗效,且治疗前后卵巢超声参数差异显著。结论:补肾健脾疏肝调周应用于PCOS临床前景甚佳,结合现代超声检查有助于指导临床。
