CA125、CA153及CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究肿瘤标记物CA125、CA153及CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的作用。方法:将病理确诊的40例乳腺癌患者作为甲组,36例乳腺良性病变患者作为乙组,40例健康女性作为丙组,利用化学发光法检测CA125、CA153及CEA水平,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:甲组CA125、CA153及CEA水平明显高于乙组和丙组,乙组CA125、CA153水平高于丙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组CA125、CA153及CEA单一检测阳性率分别为30.0%、42.5%、45.0%,明显高于乙组和丙组,甲组联合检测阳性率为77.5%,明显高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标记物CA125、CA153及CEA对乳腺癌的早期诊断有重要的临床意义,三者联合应用可有效提高检出率。
