目前治疗肝细胞癌最有效的方法就是对患者进行肝切除和肝移植,但是此治疗方法仍旧会让患者的病情复发率得不到降低。从肿瘤侵袭性生物学行为来看,血管侵犯会使得肝癌复发的几率大大提升。目前医学的研究内容中,已经开始涉及对于微血管侵犯的相关内容,但是具体的术前诊断标准仍未得到确定。本次我们对微血管侵犯的有关资料进行了整合与分析,希望可以更为明确地了解到目前在微血管侵犯方面的详细进展。
