外生性肝癌的CT表现分析

目的:探讨外生性肝癌的临床与CT表现特点,旨在提高对该病的认识程度和诊断能力。方法:搜集本院3例并复习文献报导44例共47例外生性肝癌患者临床与CT资料,总结该病的CT表现特点,探讨其CT诊断价值。结果:47例外生性肝癌均为肝外生长的肿块,其中突出型39例、带蒂型8例;其CT平扫及增强扫描的基本表现与肝内原发性肝癌基本一致,同时也具备部分特征性征象:肿瘤呈"快进快出"的增强特点;肿块内多发性及多形性的低密度区;肿块显示"晕圈征";增强扫描可见肿块内分隔、异常肝动脉分支供血以及动静脉瘘等征象。另外,MSCT-MPR技术更有利于显示外生性肝癌瘤体与肝脏的紧密相关性。结论:CT平扫、多期增强扫描结合MSCT-MPR、CTA技术对外生性肝癌的定位、定性有一定诊断价值,也可较好地判断其对周围组织的侵犯、推压等受累情况。

In addition, MSCT-MPR technology is more conducive to show close correlation of pedunculated hepatocellular carcinoma and liver tumor.a and liver tumor.Conclusion Conclusion CT plain scan, enhanced multiple phase MSCT-MPR positioning, CTA technology, combined with exophytic hepatocellular carcinoma qualitative has certain diagnostic value, also can judge its invasion of surrounding tissues, push and involvement.
