CT与超声对小肝癌及肝硬化再生结节的鉴别诊断效果观察

Differential diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis with regenerative nodules by CT and ultrasound

目的:比较分析CT与超声对小肝癌及肝硬化再生结节的鉴别诊断效果。方法:选择在我院进行诊治的56例肝炎后肝硬化门静脉高压症患者,所有研究对象均采取超声以及多层螺旋CT检查。观察CT以及超声对小肝癌及肝硬化再生结节的鉴别诊断准确率。结果:CT对小肝癌及肝硬化再生结节的鉴别诊断准确率分别为94.29%、95.24%,明显高于超声的80.95%、77.14%(P<0.05)。结论:CT以及超声对小肝癌及肝硬化再生结节均具有较好的鉴别诊断效果,结合CT,则诊断准确率明显提高,值得临床应用推广。

Objectivee To compare and analyze the differential diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis with regenerative nodules by CT and ultrasound. h regenerative nodules by CT and ultrasound. Results Results The accuracy rate of CT in the differential diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis with regenerative nodules was 94.29%, 95.24%, significantly higher than 80.95%, 77.14% of ultrasound(P<0.05).. Conclusion Conclusion CT and ultrasound have good differential diagnosis effect on small hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis with regenerative nodules, but the diagnostic accuracy of CT is higher, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
