心脏彩超在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭时的临床应用价值

The clinical application value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure with multiple etiologies

目的:探讨心脏彩超在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭时的临床应用价值。方法:选取2015年3月-2017年3月在我院就诊的58例多病因慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,同时选取58例同期体检健康者作为对照组。对比两组左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末径(LVDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:观察组LAD和LVDD均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心脏彩超对多病因慢性心力衰竭的诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objectivee To investigate the clinical application value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure with multiple etiologies. e with multiple etiologies.
