糖皮质激素防治早产儿支气管肺发育不良仍存在争议,因其不良预后越来越引起人们关注。糖皮质激素能够减少早产儿支气管肺发育不良的发生,是有目共睹,但采取何种途径更有效应用糖皮质激素,一直是临床工作的难题。静脉应用糖皮质激素的疗效,在临床工作中有目共睹,雾化吸入激素一直还在探讨阶段。作为临床工作者,我们在应用糖皮质激素时尽量采用小剂量、短程的方法,尽可能减少不良反应。

Glucocorticoid is still a controversial issue in the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants.Corticosteroids can reduce the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants,which is obvious to all.However,it is always a difficult problem to choose the effective way to use glucocorticoids.The efficacy of intravenous corticosteroids is obvious in clinical practice,and inhaled corticosteroids are still in the discussion stage.As a clinical worker,we should use low-dose and short range methods to minimize adverse reactions when using glucocorticoids.Research progress of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants with glucocorticoid.
