儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿血清LDH及血清铁蛋白检测的临床意义

Expression of lactate dehydrogenase and serum ferritin in childhood acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的:探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及血清铁蛋白的表达及其意义。方法:回顾性分析43例儿童初发ALL患者血清LDH及血清铁蛋白。结果:儿童ALL患者LDH及血清铁蛋白较正常人明显升高(P<O.001)。结论:LDH及血清铁蛋白检测可作为白血病辅助诊断指标。

Objective To explore the relationship between lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and SF in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 43 cases of childhood ALL.Results The level of LDH and SF increased obviously(P<0.05)in childhood ALL.Conclusion The expression of LDH and SF contributes to prognosis and therapeutic strategy in childhood ALL.
