超导可视下无痛人流与常规盲视下无痛人流临床效果的比较研究

Superconducting visual painless abortion and painless abortion under conventional blind to a comparative study of clinical effect

目的:比较常规盲视下无痛人流与超导可视下无痛人流的应用价值以及效果。方法:本次研究纳入的样本均选自2014年6月—2015年6月期间我院参与诊治的104例行无痛人流患者,依据人流术的不同进行平均分组,为参照组(n=52例)与实验组(n=52例),参照组患者予以常规盲视下无痛人流,实验组患者予以超导可视下无痛人流,分析对比两组行无痛人流患者的组间差异。结果:实验组无痛人流患者术中出血量、手术时间、吸管进出宫次数、阴道流血时间、并发症发生率与参照组数据比较P<0.05,统计学意义显著。结论:将常规盲视下无痛人流与超导可视下无痛人流应用在行无痛人流患者中均可获得一定效果,但超导可视下无痛人流更具优势。

Objective To compare the conventional superconducting visual painless abortion under the blindness and the application value and the effect of painless abortion.Methods This study included in the sample were selected from June2014 to June 2015 in our participation in the diagnosis and treatment of 104 patients with painless abortion,according to the average of stream of people surgery of different groups,as the control group(n=52 cases) and the experimental group(n=52 cases) and control group patients give painless abortion under routine blindness,the experimental group patients give superconducting visual painless abortion,analyzed two groups of patients with painless abortion differences between groups.Results The patients with painless abortion intraoperative blood loss,operative time,number of straws in and out of the palace,vaginal bleeding time,complication rates compared with control group data P < 0.05,significant statistical significance.Conclusion The painless abortion under conventional blindness and superconducting visual painless abortion used in painless abortion patients under a certain effect can be obtained,but under the superconducting visual painless abortion.
