小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of small incision for gallstones

目的:探究小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法:通过随机数字法将患者分为两组,给予对照组患者开腹手术治疗,给予实验组小切口手术切除胆囊治疗,观察两组患者术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间、手术进行时间等手术指标,并查看两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:实验组患者术中出血量低于对照组患者,两组患者术中出血量比较差异明显具有统计学意义;进行小切口手术切除胆囊的实验组患者手术时间、肛门排气时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间较对照组患者均要短。实验组患者术后并发症产生概率较低。结论:小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石具有术中出血量少、恢复时间短、并发症发生概率低的优点,值得推广运用于临床治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical removal of gallstones for the treatment of gallstones.Methods By random number method divided the patients into two groups,control group patients' open operation treatment,give the experimental small incision surgical removal of the gall bladder treatment,observe two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,anal exhaust time,operation time and so on operation index,and view the two groups of patients with postoperative complications.Results In the experimental group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in intraoperative blood loss was statistically significant.The surgical time,the time of the anal vent,the time of antibiotic use and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group.The postoperative complications were lower in the experimental group.Conclusion Surgical removal of gallstones in small incision can be used in clinical treatment with low blood loss,short recovery time and low probability of complications.
