MAS基因在不同组织表达量的差异分析研究

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素是人体肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分。肾素血管-紧张素素系统(RAS)是人体非常重要的调节系统。RAS系统包含经典轴ACE-AngII-AT1R和替代经典轴的ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas。作为非经典替代轴受体的MAS基因,发挥了重要的拮抗经典轴的作用。在之前的研究中,我们对MAS基因在肝癌中的表达差异做了研究,发现其在肝癌组织和血清中的表达均高于健康对照组。有报道称,MAS基因在其它组织中也有异常表达。目的:分析MAS在不同组织中的表达情况,并分别与对应的癌旁组织对照,更加全面的了解MAS基因在人体不同组织的表达情况。方法:本文通过生物信息学手段分析MAS在人体不同部位的表达差异,数据来源GEO数据库。结果:结果显示MAS基因在心脏中的表达最高,并且其在癌组织中的表达量均高于其对应的癌旁组织。结论:综上所述,提示我们MAS基因在人体中扮演着重要的角色,本文将为研究MAS基因的拮抗机制提供更好的思路。 The renin-angiotensin system is an important component of human tumor microenvironment.RAS is a very important regulation system in human.Ras system including the classical axis ACE-AngII-AT1 R and ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas.MAS gene as a non-classical alternative axis receptors,play an important antagonistic classic axis.In previous studies,the expression of MAS gene in hepatocellular carcinoma were studied and we found its expression in liver cancer tissue and serum were both higher than the control group.MAS gene was reported has abnormal expression in other organizations.Objective The analysis of the expression MAS in different tissues,then compared with non-tissue,which help us have a more comprehensive understanding about the expression of MAS gene in different tissues of the human body.Methods Biological information method was used,and the data from geo database.Results The results showed that MAS gene has a highest expression in the heart,and its expression in cancer tissues were higher than that in corresponding adjacent tissues.Conclusion In conclusion that MAS gene plays an important role in human body.This paper may provide a better idea for the antagonistic mechanism of MAS gene.
