CT增强扫描中预防碘对比剂外渗的护理进展

Nursing progress of prevention of iodine contrast-medium extravasation in CT enhanced scan

CT增强扫描是临床常用的检查方式,但是由于碘对比剂的用量大、流速快,在进行增强扫描时,对比剂时有发生渗漏现象。对如何预防对比剂的渗漏以及渗漏后的应急处理,近几年来相关学者做了大量的研究工作并形成了较为成熟的方法。本文针对CT增强扫描中碘对比剂外渗的原因及预防,阐述如下。

CT enhanced scan is a common method of clinical examination,however, because of the large amount of iodine contrast-medium, the flow rate is fast,during the enhanced scan,contrast-mediumsometimes leak. How to prevent leakage of contrast-medium and emergency treatment after leakage,in recent years, many scholars have done a lot of research work and formed a more mature method.In this paper, the reasons and prevention of iodine contrast-medium extravasation in CT enhanced scan are described as follows.
