超声检查在慢性肾病早期诊断中的价值

The value of ultrasonography in early diagnosis of chronic kidney disease

目的:分析探讨超声诊断慢性肾病的效果和价值。方法:选取我院收治的慢性肾病患者60例和健康患者60例分别为观察组和对照组,均行超声诊断,针对肾脏指数进行比较,观察组再行病理学检查以此作为依据,分析超声诊断的灵敏性、准确性和特异性。结果:观察组肾脏各项指标明显与对照组存在差异,P<0.05有统计学意义;超声诊断的准确性、灵敏性和特异性分别为93.33%、83.33%和90.0%。结论:超声诊断能够明显鉴别慢性肾病患者,其诊断准确性、灵敏性和特异性均较高,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease.Methods Sixty patients with chronic kidney disease and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the observation group and the control group respectively. All patients underwent ultrasound diagnosis and compared with the kidney index. The observation group was retested with the pathological examination to analyze the ultrasonography Diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy and specificity. Results The indexes of kidney in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P <0.05). The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis were 93.33%, 83.33% and 90.0% respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound can clearly identify patients with chronic kidney disease, its diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity are high, with significant clinical value.
