超声对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探析甲状腺良恶性结节患者利用二维彩超进行诊断的临床价值。方法:随机抽取2011年9月—2013年8月期间成都理工大学医院与2013年9月—2017年10月期间社区医院经手术病理确诊为甲状腺结节患者90例,所有患者均通过二维彩超进行诊断,对比二维彩超与手术病理检查的符合率。结果:数据显示,二维超声诊断甲状腺良性结节的诊断符合率为93.90%,诊断甲状腺恶性结节的诊断符合率为87.50%,与手术病理对比无明显差别(P>0.05);通过二维彩超诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的声像图特征主要体现在无回声、混合回声、高回声、低回声、边界不规则、钙化等方面。结论:二维彩超用于甲状腺结节的临床诊断中能良好的鉴别良性、恶性疾病,诊断符合率较高,为临床确诊提供良好的依据,值得全方位推广应用。 Objective To analyze patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules by using two dimensional colour to exceed the clinical value of diagnosis. Methods Randomly selected hospital of chengdu university of technology during2011.9 2013.8, and 2013.9-2.17.10 community hospitals by surgery pathology diagnosis of 90 patients with thyroid nodules,all patients were diagnosed by two dimensional colour to exceed, compared to 2 d colour to exceed the accuracy of pathologic examination and surgery.Results The data showed that two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid benign nodules diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.90%, the diagnostic accordance rate of diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was87.50%, there was no evident difference compared with surgical pathology(P > 0.05); By colour to exceed diagnose twodimensional ultrasonographic characteristics of benign and malignant thyroid nodules mainly reflects in the anechoic, mixed echo, high low echo, echo, boundary irregular, calcification, etc.Conclusion Two-dimensional colour to exceed used for clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules can good identification of benign and malignant disease, diagnosis coincidence rate is higher,provide a good basis for clinical diagnosis, worthy of popularization and application.
