超声心动图检查肥厚型心肌病的效果

Effect of echocardiography examination on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨超声心动图检查肥厚型心肌病的效果。方法:2007年1月—2017年10月选择在我院诊治的的肥厚型心肌病患者50例作为心肌组,同期选择在我院体检的健康人50例作为对照组,所有入选者都给予超声心动图检查,记录与测定左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)。结果:两组LVESVI、LVEDVI值对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图检查肥厚型心肌病能反映患者的心功能状况,有很好的诊断判断价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of echocardiography examination on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods From January 2007 to October 2017, 50 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital were selected as the myocardial group, and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group in the same period.Echocardiography examination was performed in all patients. The left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV) were recorded and measured. Results There were significant differences in LVESVI and LVEDVI values between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography examination can reflect the cardiac function of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and has a good diagnostic value.
