多路径溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理体会

Nursing experience of multi path thrombolytic therapy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity

目的:探究多路径溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法。方法:选择2016年4月—2017年7月我院65例行多路径溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓患者,均予以术前心理干预、术后患肢护理、并发症预防护理等围手术期护理措施,记录患者的治疗效果及并发症发生状况。结果:(1)65例患者中,56例显效,9例有效,其总有效率达到100.0%;(2)治疗期间,仅有3例患者出现穿刺点出血,无肺栓塞或重要脏器出血等并发症发生。结论:对多路径溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者加强围手术期护理能够有效保障临床效果,减少相关并发症发生,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of multi-path thrombolytic therapy for deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods April 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital 65 cases of multi-path thrombolytic therapy of DVT patients were given preoperative psychological intervention,postoperative limb care and other perioperative nursing measures.The treatment effect and the occurrence of complications were analyzed.Results In 65 patients,56 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 100%.During the treatment,only 3 patients developed puncture site bleeding,and no pulmonary embolism or important organ bleeding occurred.Conclusion The perioperative nursing of patients with DVT treated by multi path thrombolytic therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
