摘要
目的:探讨女性不孕症的诊断中,应用数字X射线子宫输卵管造影诊断的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2016年2月—2017年3月在本院诊断为不孕症80例女性患者的诊断治疗。对所有患者均应用数字X射线子宫输卵管造影检测的方法,主要观察患者输卵管的通畅性,子宫腔是否存在异常或者畸形情况,然后统计检测结果,对诊断技术的临床价值进行分析。结果:造影结果显示,80例患者中子宫异常18.75%,其中包括双角子宫2例,单角子宫3例,鞍状子宫5例,宫腔粘连2例,宫内充盈缺损3例。造影结果显示,34例为输卵管双侧通畅,10例为单侧通畅对侧炎症;12例为单侧通畅伴对侧梗阻,单侧炎症伴对侧梗阻9例,双侧炎症患者的人数为8例,剩余的7例为双侧梗阻。半年的随访结果显示有25例顺利怀孕,占31.25%。结论:在女性不孕症的诊断中,应用数字X射线进行子宫输卵管造影,可在尽可能降低射线对女性生殖腺影响的基础上对子宫输卵管造影诊断能够获得准确的诊断结果,其临床应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of female infertility by using digital X ray and fallopian tube radiographyClinical application value of. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 80 female patients diagnosed as infertility in our hospital from February 2016 to March-2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Methods all patients were treated with digital X ray hysterosalpingography detection. The patency of fallopian tube were observed, uterine cavity abnormalities or abnormal situation, then the statistical test results, analysis of the clinical value of diagnosis technology. Results 18.75%cases of uterus abnormalities were found in 80 cases, including 2 cases of double horn uterus, 3 cases of unilateral uterus,5 cases of saddle uterus, 2 cases of intrauterine adhesion, 3 cases of intrauterine filling defect. Angiography showed that 34 cases were bilateral tubal patency, 10 cases were unilateral unobstructed contralateral inflammation; 12 cases with unilateral unobstructed contralateral side of unilateral obstruction, inflammation and obstruction in 9 cases, the number of patients with bilateral inflammation in 8 cases, the remaining 7 cases were bilateral obstruction. Half year follow-up showed that 25 cases were successfully pregnant, accounting for 31.25%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of female infertility in the application of digital X ray hysterosalpingography, in the base to reduce the effect of irradiation on the female gonads as far as possible on the hysterosalpingography diagnosis can obtain accurate diagnosis results, the clinical value of high.
