产前B超对胎儿大动脉转位诊断准确性的分析

目的:探究产前B超对胎儿大动脉转位情形诊断的准确性。方法:选取2016年4月—2017年7月,我院接收诊治的大动脉转位情形胎儿17例作为研究样本,均为我院依据相关超声检查手段确诊的大动脉转位情形胎儿,收集全部大动脉转位情形胎儿的临床诊断相关资料并对资料展开回顾性整合、分析,探究产前B超对胎儿大动脉转位情形诊断的准确性。结果:本次研究选取的17例大动脉转位情形胎儿,经超声检查结果显示均为大动脉转位情形胎儿,经尸检结果显示均确诊为大动脉转位情形胎儿。全部胎儿的四腔心切面结果均表现正常;全部胎儿的流出道切面均可观测到两条大动脉,且两条大动脉呈平行方式排列;在三血管切面方面,可以观察到两条血管的病例数为15例,观察到三条血管存在排列异常情形的病例数为2例;全部胎儿的主动脉弓切面均可观测到程度不同的增大迹象。结论:在胎儿大动脉转位情形的临床诊断过程中,运用产前B超诊断方式能够获得良好诊断结果,同时在诊断过程中,通过对多切面影像实施观察、分析,能够显著提升胎儿大动脉转位情形的临床诊断准确度。

All cases of fetal fetal four chamber view results showed normal; all fetal outflow tract views can be observed in two arteries, and two arteries in parallel arrangement; in the three vessel view, can be observed in two the blood vessels were 15 cases observed in three cases of abnormal situations are blood vessels in 2 cases; section can be seen all the fetal aortic arch to different degrees of increased signs. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of fetal great artery transposition situation, use of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis can obtain good diagnosis results, At the same time in the process of diagnosis, through the implementation of the multi section observation, image analysis and clinical diagnosis of fetal transposition of the great arteries can significantly improve the accuracy of the situation.
