彩色多普勒超声对女性乳腺癌诊断研究

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对于女性乳腺癌诊断中的价值应用,为后的临床诊断提供方法参考。方法:选择2015年8月—2017年3月期间收治收治的32例乳腺癌患者作为研究对照,回顾分析患者的临床治疗,对患者进行多普勒彩色超声检查,分析检查结果。结果:31例患者的多普勒彩色超声检查图像特征边缘不清晰、低回声、回声不均匀以及后方声衰减等;按照血流等级进行分析0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者数分别为4例,7例,11例,10例。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声对女性乳腺癌进行诊断分析,可以明显的显示肿块的情况,根据血流特征以及肿块情况等可以较准确的进行诊断,具有一定的实际应用价值,值得临床开展使用。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of female breast cancer. Methods From August 2015 to March 2017, 32 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the study, and the patients were examined by Doppler color ultrasound. Results The color edge of Doppler ultrasound image was not clear in 31 patients. According to the blood flow level, the number of patients with grade 0, grade I, II and III was 4, 7, 11, and 10 respectively. Conclusion: the diagnosis and analysis of female breast cancer with color Doppler ultrasound can obviously show the situation of the tumor, which has certain practical value, and is worthy of clinical use.
