对比高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中应用效果 被引量:10

摘要 目的:讨论高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用效果。方法:现随机选取2015年3月-2016年12月我院收治的乳腺癌患者62例作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组31例,对照组给予高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,实验组使用超声弹性成像进行诊断,对诊断准确率进行对比和分析。结果:实验组患者的诊断准确率明显优于对照组,组间差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像相对于高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌的诊断中,具有较高的准确率临床应用效果较好,值得推广和应用。 Objective To discuss the high frequency color doppler ultrasound, the effect of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods We randomly selected from March 2015 to December 2016, our hospital 62 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, and divided into experimental group and control group, the control group given the high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis and the treatment group used ultrasound elasticity imaging diagnosis,comparison and analysis of diagnostic accuracy. Results The diagnostic accuracy was better than control group, experimental group patients were significantly difference between statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity imaging relative to the high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer, has the high accuracy clinical application effect is good, is worth popularization and application.
