摘要
目的:探究早期肺癌患者筛查中应用宝石CT高分辨率薄层扫描的诊断效果与特点。方法:本次实验研究选择的实验对象是2016年4月—2016年12月我院接收并诊断的病例300例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,用宝石CT高分辨率薄层扫描方法对肺内发现的(细)小结节进行跟踪随访,作为研究组,对照组则选择应用X线检测。观察并分析通过不同方法进行诊断筛查的效果与特点。结果:对照组抽取的研究对象通过X线诊断检出42例阳性,共132个结节性病灶,伴有结节钙化的占21.97%,通过手术整理恶性结节占2.27%,大小分别为12mm、16mm,并且包括肺部斑片状阴影与管壁狭窄增厚患者。研究组通过应用宝石CT高分辨率薄层扫描技术筛查,结果显示,检出阳性患者73例,共有193个结节性病变,结节钙化占24.35%,通过手术证实恶性结节占2.59%,包括肺部斑片状阴影与管壁狭窄增厚患者。且在发病人群中男性多于女性,生活在污染严重的城市比农村人群发病率较高,且吸烟者比不吸烟者的发病率高。结论:针对早期肺癌患者筛查中应用宝石CT高分辨率薄层扫描可以起到较好的效果,并能够明确其诱导因素,从而更好地避免肺癌的发生率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect and characteristics of gem CT high resolution thin slice scan in early lung cancer screening. Methods The object of this study is selected from April to December in 2016, in our hospital and 300 cases received diagnosis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, found in lung by TLC scanning method for gem high resolution CT(fine) nodules were followed up, as the research group, the control group selection and application of X-ray detection. To observe and analyze the efficacy and characteristics of different methods for screening diagnosis. Results The research object of control group selected by X-ray detection of 42 positive cases, 132 nodular lesions,with nodular calcification accounted for 21.97%, accounted for 2.27% of malignant nodules by finishing operation, size respectively is 12 mm, 16 mm, and pulmonary patchy shadows and wall thickening in patients with stenosis. The study group through the application of gemstone CT high resolution thin scanning screening results showed that 73 cases were detected positive patients, a total of 193 nodules, nodules accounted for 24.35%, accounted for 2.59% of malignant nodules confirmed by surgery, including lung patchy shadows and wall thickening stenosis patients. And in the incidence of the crowd, more men than women, living in cities with serious pollution higher than the incidence of rural population, and smokers than nonsmokers incidence. Conclusion The application of gem CT high resolution thin slice scan in early lung cancer screening can achieve better results, and can clarify the inducing factors, so as to better avoid the incidence of lung cancer.
