周围型小肺癌CT征象分析

Analysis of CT signs of peripheral small lung cancer

目的:调研周围型小肺癌相关的CT征象。方法:选出2014年1月—2017年7月我院的周围型小肺癌患者106例,观察其相应的影像学表现与各类CT征象及病灶形状间的关联性。结果:分叶征占78.30%,血管穿过征占72.64%,毛刺征占65.09%,空泡与支气管气相占42.45%,胸膜凹陷征占33.02%,血管集束征占21.70%,晕征占14.15%。结论:血管穿过征、分叶征、毛刺征即周围型小肺癌相应的根本征象。

Objective To investigate the CT findings of peripheral lung cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients with small lung cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were selected to observe the corresponding imaging findings, the correlation between the corresponding imaging findings and the shape of lesions was observed. Results The division sign was 78.30%, the number of blood vessels was 72.64%, the mastectomy was 65.09%, the cavitation and bronchial gas were42.45%, the pleural sag was33.02%, and the blood vessel cluster was 21.70% and the halo sign was 14.15%. Conclusion The blood vessels through the sign, the interleaf sign, the burr sign are the corresponding basic signs of the peripheral lung cancer.
