摘要 目的:对重症医学科医院感染病原菌分布及耐药情况进行分析。方法:选择2015年1月—2017年9月,我院重症监护室收治的临床患者487例作为研究对象,对其患者进行细菌培养、药敏试验,对医院感染病原菌分布情况、耐药情况进行总结分析。结果:本次调查中的487例重症患者中,发生医院感染者共计152例,感染发生率为31.21%。152例感染患者标本中,分离得到病原菌株669株,其中革兰阴性杆菌495株,所占比例高于革兰阳性菌(P<0.05)。结论:重症医学科医院感染发生率相对较高,以下呼吸道感染最为常见,病原菌分布情况显示,以革兰阴性杆菌为主,存在明显耐药性,在今后的临床防控工作中,应对其给予足够的重视。 Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection in the hospital of severe medicine. Methods A total of 487 cases of clinical patients admitted to our ICU from January 2015 to September-2017 were selected as the subjects. Bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests were carried out. The distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing nosocomial infections were analyzed. Results In the 487 cases of severe patients, there were 152 cases of nosocomial infection, and the incidence of infection was 31.21%. Of the 152 infected specimens, 669 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, of which 495 were gram-negative bacilli, the proportion of which was higher than that of Grampositive bacteria(P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of nosocomial infection is relatively high in the intensive care unit.The most common infection is the following respiratory tract infection. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria shows that gram negative bacilli are the main pathogens, and there is obvious drug resistance. We should pay enough attention to the prevention and control work in the future.
