64排螺旋CT脑血管成像在烟雾病诊断中的应用

Application of 64-Slice Spiral CT Cerebrovascular Imaging in the Diagnosis of Moyamoya Disease

目的 :分析使用64排螺旋CT脑血管成像(CTA)对烟雾病患者的临床诊断效果和应用价值。方法 :收集我院收治的12例烟雾病患者,分别对其实施常规CT平扫以及CTA检测,分析两种方法的诊断效果和影像学特点。结果 :影像学表现:6例患者出现双侧颈动脉终末段闭塞,2例患者出现单侧大脑中动脉闭塞,4例发生单侧大脑前动脉闭塞。有10例患者在扫描后可发现不同部位出现出血病灶,其中脑室出血2例、蛛网膜下腔出血2例、基底节出血6例。结论 :在对烟雾病患者实施临床诊断时,通过使用CTA可取得更佳的诊断效果,值得借鉴使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic effect and application value of 64 slice spiral CT cerebrovascular angiography(CTA) in moyamoya disease. Methods 12 cases of moyamoya disease were collected in our hospital, and the conventional CT scan and CTA examination were carried out respectively, and the diagnostic effect and imaging characteristics of the two methods were analyzed. Results Imaging findings: bilateral carotid artery occlusion occurred in 6 patients,unilateral middle cerebral artery occlusion occurred in 2 patients, and unilateral anterior cerebral artery occlusion occurred in 4 patients. There were 10 cases of bleeding lesions in different parts after the scan, including intraventricular hemorrhage in 2 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 2 cases, basal ganglia hemorrhage in 6 cases. Conclusion In the implementation of clinical diagnosis of moyamoya disease, the use of CTA can achieve better diagnostic effect, it is worthy of promotion.
