后腹腔镜联合经尿道电切镜治疗肾盂输尿管肿瘤疗效分析

目的:分析肾盂输尿管肿瘤治疗中应用后腹腔镜联合经尿道电切镜的治疗效果。方法:选取我院在2012年10月—2017年10月治疗的30例肾盂输尿管患者作为本次主要研究对象,将选取的30例肾盂输尿管患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者应用传统开放性手术治疗方法,观察组应用后腹腔镜联合经尿道电切镜手术治疗方法。结果:对照组患者各项指标情况要差于观察组患者的各项指标情况,两组之间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综上所述,在肾盂输尿管肿瘤治疗中应用后腹腔镜联合经尿道电切镜手术的治疗方法,可以明显改善患者术后各项指标,利于患者的康复,在临床工作中值得推广。

Objective To analysis the renal pelvis ureter tumor treatment after the application of the treatment effect of laparoscopic combined transurethral electricity cut mirror.Methods Our hospital in October 2012 to October 2017 for the treatment of 30 cases of patients with renal pelvis ureter as the main research object, the selection of 30 patients with renal pelvis ureter were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients have used the traditional open surgery treatment, the observation group of patients after laparoscopic combined transurethral electric cutting mirror treatment method to use.Results The control group patients to state of the indicators in the observation group of patients with the indicators, the comparison between the two groups have statistical significance(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion To sum up, in the renal pelvis ureter tumor treatment after the application of laparoscopic combined transurethral electricity cut mirror treatment, the indicators of patients condition can be improved significantly, thus speeding up the recovery of the patients, so the advice to promote in the clinical work.
