摘要
目的:探究头颈CTA、颅脑CTP在颅底动脉环后循环变异脑血流灌注评估中的临床价值。方法:先以头颈CT血管成像(CTA)技术进行筛查,获取2015年2月—2017年2月这十年期间诊治的45例颅底动脉环后循环变异患者,将其分入变异优势侧组与劣势侧组,按照前循环变异与否将患者区分为非前循环完整患者与前循环完整患者,使用CTP技术测量患者的双侧大脑。对比优势侧组与劣势侧组在造影剂达峰时间(TTD)、脑组织血流量(CBF)、双侧大脑后动脉供血区域脑组织血容量(CBV)、平均通过时间(MTT)等指标上的不同。结果:前循环完整组的后循环优势侧与劣势侧对比在TTD、CBF、CBV、MTT上无明显不同,前循环非完整组循环优势侧与劣势侧对比在CBV上无明显不同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将头颈CTA与颅脑CTP联合应用于颅底动脉环后循环变异患者可一站式显示脑血流灌注情况。
Objective To explore the head and neck CTA, Brain CTP Clinical value of recurrent cerebral blood flow perfusion in the posterior cranial artery. Methods The head and neck angiography technique was used to screen 45 patients with recurrent circulation of the skull base arteries in the period from February 2015 to February 2017. The patients were divided into two groups: the variability side group and the inferior side Group, according to the previous cycle of mutation or not to distinguish between patients with non-anterior circulation complete patient and anterior circulation of complete patients, the use of CTP technology to measure the patient's bilateral brain. Compared with the defensive side group, the blood flow of the brain tissue, the blood flow of the brain tissue, the blood volume of the brain tissue and the average passage time of the bilateral posterior cerebral artery were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the posterior circulation side and the inferior side of TD group, CBF, CBV and MTT. There was no significant difference between the first and the inferior side, The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion Headache CTA And craniocerebral CTP Combined with cranial artery circulation in patients with cyclical changes can be one-stop show cerebral blood perfusion.
