输卵管积水的超声诊断及其应用价值

Ultrasonic diagnosis of hydrosalpinx and the value of ultrasonography

目的:探讨分析输卵管积水的超声表现特点,提高输卵管积水的超声诊断符合率。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年7月于我院拟诊为输卵管积水患者58例,采用彩色超声诊断仪对患者进行经阴式及经腹壁扫查,并对相关图像和数据进行分析。结果:58例拟诊输卵管积水患者中,超声诊断正确54例,漏诊1例,误诊3例,超声诊断符合率为93.1%。结论:超声对输卵管积水的诊断具有较高准确性和重要临床意义,是输卵管积水的首选诊断方法。

Objective To study the sonographic features of hydrosalpinx and to improve the accuracy ofultrasound in diagnozing hydrosalpinx.Methods Selected 58 patients who were proposed to diagnose hydrosalpinx,then the ralated images and datas were analyzed.Results Of 58 cases,54 cases of correct diagnosis,1 cases of missed diagnosis,3 cases of misdiagnosis,the rate of ultrasonic diagnosis is 93.1%.Conclusion Ultrasonography has high accuracy and important clinical significance in the diagnosis of hydrosalpinx,and it is the peferred diagnostic method.
