比较两组DC(心率减速力)值与DRs(连续心率减速力)值的特异点。
Objective To investigate the value of noninvasive electrocardiographic Combinedexamination in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 37 patients with myocardial infarction diagnosed by percutaneous coronary angiography in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. 37 cases of myocardial infarction patients given heart rate deceleration and continuous heart rate deceleration were detected as the observation group. And select the same period to our hospital healthy physical examination of 37 healthy people as the control group 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram. The differences between DC(heart rate deceleration) and DRs(continuous heart rate deceleration) were compared between the two groups. Results The decrease trend of DC value and DRs value in 37 patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(37 cases), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The heart rate decelerations and continuous heart rate decelerations in patients with myocardial infarction were significantly lower than those in normal controls. The use of noninvasive electrocardiogram(ECG) combined detection has a higher early warning value for myocardial infarction. Both of them can be used to calculate the vagal nerve function alone, All have the same quantitative features, the value of the combined inspection and forecast is higher, and the application value is more significant. Worthy of clinical application and promotion.
