磁敏感加权成像在颅脑隐匿性静脉发育异常的诊断价值

摘要 目的:分析磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在颅脑隐匿性静脉发育异常(DVA)中的诊断价值。方法:选取我院收治的26例DVA患者,纳入时间为2014年6月—2016年6月。采用磁共振仪进行检查,分别进行常规扫描和SWI,部分患者实施增强扫描,观察病灶分布位置和影像学特征。结果:26例患者中,DVA单发病灶24例,位于额叶11例、小脑半球8例、顶叶3例、颞叶2例;多发病灶2例,位于右侧额叶和小脑半球。SWI显示多支细小扩张静脉呈放射状汇入粗大的引流静脉,相较于常规扫描和增强扫描,显示的血管数量更多、范围更大。结论:SWI诊断DVA效果确切,能清晰显示出病变位置和特征,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging(SWI) in craniocerebral occult venous dysplasia(DVA). Methods 26 cases of DVA patients in our hospital were selected and included in the period from June 2014 to June 2016. The magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) was used to perform routine scanning and SWI. Some patients were performed enhanced scan to observe the location of the lesion and the imaging features. Results In the 26 patients, 24 cases of DVA single lesion were located in 11 cases of frontal lobe, 8 cases of cerebellar hemisphere, 3 cases of parietal lobe, 2 cases of temporal lobe, and 2 cases of multiple lesions located on the right frontal and cerebellar hemisphere. SWI showed that multiple branches of small dilated veins were radiated into large draining veins. Compared with routine scanning and enhanced scanning, the number and size of vessels were larger. Conclusion The effect of SWI in the diagnosis of DVA is accurate, and it can clearly show the location and characteristics of the disease. It is worth popularizing.
