探讨床旁超声心动图对心血管危重症的诊断价值

Explore the bedside echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiovascular critical value

目的:在对心血管危重症进行诊断时选择床旁超声心动图,探讨其诊断价值。方法:对我院于2015年9月—2016年9月进行心血管危重症诊断的286例患者实施床旁超声心动图检测,这些患者经病理学诊断为患有心血管危重症,对其阳性结果以及病症类型进行诊断。结果:采取床旁超声心动图检测检出272例为阳性,阳性率达95.1%,其中心肌梗死、心内外科术后、心包积液、肺高压、心肌病所检出阳性例数分别有136例、48例、47例、32例、9例。结论:对心血管危重症患者进行床旁超声心动图检测,其可以准确对疾病的类型等进行诊断,为治疗提供有效的依据,利于患者的治疗康复,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective On cardiovascular disease during the diagnosis to critical choice bedside echocardiography, explore its diagnostic value. Methods In our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 in acute cardiovascular disease diagnosis of 286 patients bedside echocardiography examination, these patients by pathology diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, critical to its positive results and diagnose disease types. Results Take the bedside echocardiography detected 272 cases of positive, positive rate was 95.1%, including myocardial infarction, heart surgery, pericardial effusion, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathy detected by positive cases there were 136 cases, 48 cases, 47 cases, 32 cases, 9 cases. Conclusion On cardiovascular critically ill patients bedside echocardiography examination, it can be accurate to diagnosis the types of diseases, provide effective basis for treatment, for the treatment of patients with rehabilitation, has higher application value.
