16排CT与腹部X线平片对肠梗阻诊断的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对16排CT与腹部X线平片对肠梗阻诊断价值进行对比分析,为今后的临床诊断工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法:选择2015年1月—2016年12月间,我院收治的拟诊肠梗阻患者98例作为研究对象,对其分别展开16排螺旋CT检查和腹部X线平片检测,并以手术结果为标准,对两种检查方法的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:通过对比发现,经CT检查诊断准确者90例,诊断准确率为91.84%,经X线平片检查诊断准确者78例,诊断准确率为79.59%,前者高于后者(P<0.05);CT检查对梗阻原因的诊断准确率为82.65%,对梗阻部位的诊断准确率为90.82%,对绞窄诊断准确率为81.82%,均显著高于腹部X线平片检查结果(P<0.05)。结论:采用16排螺旋CT检查对肠梗阻进行诊断的临床效果优于腹部X线平片检查,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of 16-slice CT and abdominal X-ray in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, and provide valuable reference information for future clinical diagnosis. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 98 patients with intestine obstruction were selected as the subjects. 16 cases of spiral CT and abdominal X-ray were detected. As a standard, the results of the two inspection methods for comparative analysis of the results. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 91.84%, and 78 cases were diagnosed by X-ray examination. The diagnostic accuracy was 79.59%, the former was higher than the latter(P <0.05). CT diagnosis of the cause of obstruction diagnosis accuracy rate of 82.65%, the diagnosis of obstruction site accuracy rate of 90.82%, the diagnostic accuracy of the diagnosis of strangulation was 81.82%, were significantly higher than the abdominal X-ray examination results(P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is better than that of abdominal X-ray examination. The clinical value is remarkable, which is worthy of attention and popularization.
