摘要
目的:探究对腹内疝患者应用多排螺旋CT诊断模式实现临床诊断的诊断结果及诊断价值。方法:选取我院接收诊治的腹内疝患者125例,给予全部患者多排螺旋CT诊断技术实施临床诊断,将多平面重组技术应用于CT容积数据的处理过程,同时对CT容积数据实施最大密度投影操。结果:通过对患者CT诊断结果展开分析、研究,发现子宫直肠陷窝疝、左膀胱上疝、术后粘连束带疝、镰状韧带疝、肠系膜裂口疝对应的病例数分别为8例、9例、67例、8例、33例。肠梗阻情形患者117例。结论:对腹内疝患者应用多排螺旋CT诊断模式实现临床诊断,诊断结果显著,腹内疝病症的特异性表征为肠梗阻、疝口、肠系膜形态异常、肠系膜血管走向异常、疝入侵肠管等,多排螺旋CT诊断模式有助于提升观察人员对患者肠管、肠系膜血管走向的了解程度,为临床诊断及相关后续治疗提供可靠、有效的依据。
Objective To explore the value of diagnosis of abdominal hernia and patients using multislice CT mode to realize the diagnosis results of clinical diagnosis. Methods 125 patients of internal abdominal hernia in our hospital received the diagnosis and treatment of patients, all patients received multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis technology of the implementation of the clinical diagnosis, the treatment process of application of multi planar reconstruction technology in CT the volume of data, at the same time the implementation of maximum intensity projection exercises on CT volume data. Results Through analysis, for patients with CT diagnosis results, found the pouch of Douglas' s hernia, hernia postoperative cystine, adhesive band hernia, falciform ligament hernia, the number of cases of mesenteric hernia. Corresponding to the 8 Cases, 9 cases, 67 cases, 8 cases, 33 cases.117 cases of intestinal obstruction in patients of internal abdominal hernia patients. Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis model to achieve clinical diagnosis, the diagnosis results significantly, specific conditions for the characterization of abdominal hernia, intestinal obstruction, mesenteric hernia, morphological abnormalities, mesenteric vascular anomaly trend the invasion of intestinal hernia, etc., multi slice spiral CT diagnosis model is helpful to enhance staff observation on patients with bowel and mesenteric vessels to the level of understanding, for follow-up treatment and related clinical diagnosis provide reliable and effective basis.
