目的:了解医疗影像设备管理与维修维护工作中存在的问题,找出其中的原因及影响因数,总结提出有效的处理措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年2月至今医疗影像设备故障发生的次数,统计因医疗影像设备发生故障出现的临床失误事件发生率,观察并分析医疗影像设备管理和维修维护工作质量不高的原因及相关因素,提出科学合理的干预对策。结果:2016年1月至今医疗影像设备共发生重大故障62次,临床失误事件发生率为1.15%;造成维修维护和管理工作水平低下的相关因素主要是医院因素、工作人员、技术及相关的规章制度。结论:只有明确导致问题发生的原因,才能制定相关的针对性措施,要想提高医疗影像设备管理和维修维护的工作质量,需要提高医院的认知程度和对重要性的认识,提高工作人员的技能水平和维修技术,需要制定全面完善的管理流程和制度。
