腰椎椎间孔镜联合3D技术精准靶向治疗腰椎椎间盘突出效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :研究腰椎椎间孔镜联合3D技术精准靶向治疗腰椎椎间盘突出效果。方法 :选取腰椎椎间盘突出症患者共76例,根据对手术方式椎间孔镜联合3D技术治疗的微创组和传统开放手术治疗的传统组。比较患者临床资料,对比术前、术后1天、3个月、6个月时患者VAS评分、ODI评分,术后6个月时使用Mac Nab标准评价手术疗效。比较患者并发症发生情况。结果 :术后研究的阶段两组VAS评分、ODI评分均较同组术前明显降低(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后两组患者Mac Nab标准评价治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :腰椎椎间孔镜联合3D技术精准靶向治疗腰椎椎间盘突出是一种有效的治疗选择。 Objective To study the effect of lumbar intervertebral disc combined with 3 D technique on the precise and targeted treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected. The minimally invasive group and the traditional group undergoing traditional open surgery were treated according to the method of operation combined with intervertebral disc and 3 D technique. The clinical data of the patients were compared. The VAS scores and ODI scores of the patients before surgery, 1 day, 3 months and 6 months after surgery were compared with those of Mac Nab 6 months after surgery. Comparing the occurrence of patients with complications. Results The postoperative VAS score and ODI score of both groups were significantly lower than those before operation(P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05). Month after the two groups of Mac Nab standard evaluation of the treatment effect was no significant difference(P> 0.05). Conclusions Lumbar discography combined with 3 D technique can effectively treat lumbar disc herniation and is an effective treatment option.
