摘要 目的:观察并探讨Revolution CT在冠状动脉造影中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年8月—2017年8月期间来我院就诊的冠心病患者114例,将所有患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组患者人数相同(各57例),对照组患者及实验组患者分别给予选择性冠状动脉造影检查及Revolution CT冠状动脉造影检查。结果:实验组患者诊断准确率优于对照组,实验组患者的阳性预测值、阴性预测值及特异性指标显著优于对照组,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠状动脉造影中的应用Revolution CT检查具有具有较高准确度,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of Revolution CT in coronary angiography. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with coronary heart disease were selected from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with the same number of patients in each group(57 cases each). Patients in the control group And experimental group were given selective coronary angiography and Revolution CT coronary angiography. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The positive predictive value, negative predictive value and specificity of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In the coronary angiography in the application of Revolution CT with high accuracy, it is worth promoting the application.
