七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿短小手术中的应用

The application of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children's short operation

目的:对小儿短小手术应用七氟醚吸入麻醉效果进行探析。方法:对我院收治的83例短小手术患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析,依照麻醉方式不同分成观察组和对比组;对比组采用静脉滴注氯胺酮麻醉;观察组采取七氟醚吸入麻醉,对比分析两组麻醉效果。结果:两组麻醉诱导时间、手术时间无明显差异,但观察组术后苏醒时间短于对比组;观察组患儿围术期血流动力学变化较小,整体优于对比组;术后两组未出现严重不良反应。结论:在小儿短小手术中采用七氟烷吸入麻醉,效果确切,术中血流动力学变化小,术后苏醒快,安全性高,值得临床实践。

Objective To explore the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children's short operation. Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of children undergoing minor surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different ways of anesthesia were divided into observation group and control group; the control group used intravenous ketamine anesthesia; the observation group adopted sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, compared two groups of anesthesia. Results There was no significant difference in the induction time and operative time between the two groups, but the recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the contrast group. The hemodynamic changes in the observation group were less than those in the contrast group during the perioperative period, and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after operation. Conclusion Seven flurane inhalation anesthesia is effective in pediatric short operation, with less hemodynamic changes and faster postoperative recovery and high safety. It is worthy of clinical practice.
