摘要
目的:分析前列腺良恶性疾病诊断中动态增强MRI及扩散加权成像的应用效果。方法:2014年5月—2017年2月,于我院收治且确诊为前列腺增生与前列腺癌的患者中分别选取50例为研究对象,分别设置为前列腺增生组与前列腺癌组;再选取同时期50例健康体检者为对照组。对三组研究对象进行动态增强MRI及扩散加权成像检查,分析其检查结果。结果:三组强化率、峰值时间、ADC对比,P<0.05;相较于对照组,前列腺癌组和前列腺增生组的最大信号强度更大,P<0.05。结论:前列腺良恶性疾病诊断中动态增强MRI及扩散加权成像的应用效果显著,可推广。
Objective To analyze the application of dynamic enhanced MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic diseases. Methods From May 2014 to February 2017, 50 patients who were diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups: benign prostate hyperplasia group and prostate cancer group. 50 healthy subjects at the same time were selected as control group. Dynamic enhanced MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging were performed on the three groups of subjects,and the results were analyzed.Results In the three groups, the enhancement rate, peak time and ADC were compared, P < 0.05.Compared with the control group, the maximal signal intensity of prostate cancer group and BPH group was bigger than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of dynamic enhanced MRI and diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic diseases is significant and can be popularized.
