抗病毒治疗对艾滋病合并丙肝患者CD4+T细胞数、HIV载量的影响

摘要 目的:探讨艾滋病合并丙肝患者接受抗病毒治疗后对其CD4+T细胞数、HIV载量的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2017年6月接受抗病毒治疗的60例艾滋病合并丙肝患者临床资料,并将其作为观察组,选取同期于本院接受抗病毒治疗的单纯艾滋病患者60例作为对照组,对比两组经抗病毒治疗后CD4+T细胞数及HIV载量变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组CD4+T细胞数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后HIV病毒载量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾滋病患者合并丙肝接受抗病毒治疗后CD4+T细胞数上升情况没有单纯HIV感染者好,合并丙肝是导致HIV患者免疫功能显著下降的原因,患者HIV病毒载量无明显变化,HIV病毒载量同HCV病毒载量之间无明显相关性。
