摘要
目的:探究MRI与彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断情况,为临床医学提供诊断经验,帮助患者尽快确诊,接受专业医学治疗。方法:选择我院自2015年12月—2016年12月确诊为乳腺癌的患者资料120例,作为此次试验探究的研究对象。将这120例患者平均分为三组,每组人数均为30例。并对这三组患者进行分组对比试验,将三组患者分别命名为彩色多普勒超声(US)组、MRI组以及US联合MRI组(也称为联合组),US组30例患者采取US对患者进行身体检测,而MRI组则采用MRI的检测形式检查患者身体,US联合MRI组患者采取US联合MRI的检测形式。一段时间检测结束之后,对比三组患者的血流动力学数据分析和比较得出有效结论。结果:对患者进行US联合MRI检查的患者乳腺癌患者其确诊率为93%,明显高于US组以及MRI组的78.9%和88.7%。而且对患者进行MRI的检查形式其奇特异度明显高于进行UD检查的患者,二组的数据结果分别为88.0%和64.0%。而且采用MRI检查的形式其误诊率也明显低于US组,两组数据分别为12.0%和36.0%。而联合治疗组其敏感度、特异度、准确率都明显高于单独使用其中一种检测方式的其他两组。联合组的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为95.7%、88.0%、93.0%,而US组这三者的数据分别为87.0%、64.0%、78.9%,MRI组这三者的数据分别为89.1%、88.0%、88.7%。结论:采用US联合MRI检查的形式对乳腺癌患者的疾病诊断具有更高的特异度性和准确度,比单独使用其中一种方式所带来的准确率更高,有利于帮助乳腺癌患者尽快确诊,进行专业医学治疗,恢复身体健康。
Objective To explore the diagnosis of breast cancer by MRI and color Doppler ultrasound, provide diagnostic experience for clinical medicine, help patients diagnosed as soon as possible, and receive professional medical treatment. Methods 120 cases of breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from December 2015—2016 in December were selected as the research object of this study. The 120 patients were divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each group. And group contrast test of these three groups of patients, the three groups were named as the color Doppler ultrasound(US) group, MRI group and US MRI group(also known as joint group), US group of 30 patients taking US for body detection of patients, while MRI group by MRI detection of type checking the patient's body, US combined with MRI group was treated with US combined with MRI detection. After a period of time test, the hemodynamic data of the three groups were compared and compared, and the effective conclusions were obtained. Results The rate of diagnosis of breast cancer patients with US combined with MRI was 93%, which was significantly higher than that in group US and 78.9% and 88.7% in group MRI. And the unusual degree of MRI examination of the patients was significantly higher than those in the UD examination, and the results of the two groups were 88% and 64%, respectively. And the misdiagnosis rate in the form of MRI was significantly lower than that of the US group, and the two groups were 12% and 36%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups using one of them alone. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined group were 95.7%, 88% and 93%, respectively, while the data of the three groups in the US group were 87%, 64% and 78.9%, respectively. The data of the three groups in MRI group were 89.1%, 88% and 88.7% respectively. Conclusion US combined with MRI examination in the form of disease diagnosis of patients with breast cancer has higher specificity and accuracy, higher accuracy than the one used alone brings, can help the patients with breast cancer diagnosed as soon as possible, for professional medical treatment, restore health.
