摘要 目的:探讨磁共振臂丛神经成像的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2017年10月中收治的20例臂丛神经患者作为观察组,并选取同期20例健康志愿者作为对照组,均进行磁共振臂丛神经成像。结果:根据两组成像结果,轴位T1WI、T2WI及斜冠位T2WI在臂丛神经椎管内段及追歼孔段的成像效果好,STIR/long TE、DWIBS在显示臂丛神经干的成像效果好,臂丛神经节前损伤在W2WI横轴位和斜管位显示效果好,T1WI能够特异性的显示出血及血肿信号,STIR/long TE、DWIBS显示节后神经损伤病变的效果好。结论:在臂丛神经损伤患者病变检查中采用磁共振常规扫描与神经成像结合,能有效的定位定性,对诊断具有积极的作用,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of MR brachial plexus imaging. Methods Twenty patients with brachial plexus in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group and 20 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group. MRI brachial plexus imaging was performed. Results According to the imaging results of two groups, axial T1WI, T2WI and T2WI in the brachial plexus spinal canal segment and chase-J-segment imaging results are good, STIR/long TE, DWIBS in brachial plexus imaging results Good, pre-brachial plexus injury in W2WI horizontal axis and oblique tube showed good results, T1WI can specifically display the signs of hemorrhage and hematoma, STIR/long TE, DWIBS showed good postganglionic nerve injury lesions. Conclusion The routine magnetic resonance imaging combined with neuroimaging in the lesion detection of patients with brachial plexus injury can effectively locate and diagnose, which has a positive effect on diagnosis and is worthy of further popularization and application.
