多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断在腕关节损伤中的应用效果观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的:分析多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断在腕关节损伤诊断中的临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的腕关节损伤患者53例,分别对其实施多层螺旋CT、核磁共振的单一诊断和多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振诊断,对两组临床诊断效果进行收集和分析。结果:三种方法均可检出腕关节损伤情况,但多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断的检出率明显高于单一多层螺旋CT和核磁共振诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断的方法可对腕关节损伤患者取得更好诊断效果。
