超声与钼靶BI-RADS分类对不同直径乳腺肿块的诊断价值的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对比超声与钼靶的乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS分类)在不同直径乳腺肿块诊断价值的中的准确性。方法:选取2016年6月—2017年12月本院收治的通过病理确诊151例乳腺肿瘤(159个病灶),所有病例均进行了超声和钼靶BIRADS分类,以病理结果为金标准,比较二者在不同直径乳腺肿块的诊断价值。结果:超声和钼靶BI-RADS分类检查对于小于1cm及非肿块型的病变钼靶BI-RADS分类较超声的准确性高,对于直径1cm^2cm的肿块诊断准确性较一致,大于2cm的肿块超声BI-RADS分类较钼靶准确性高。结论:超声与钼靶BI-RADS分类系统对不同直径的乳腺肿块各有优势。 Objective Contrast ultrasonography and mammography breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS classification) in different diameter breast lumps accuracy of diagnostic value. Methods June 2016-December 2017 in our hospital were analyzed through pathologic diagnosis of 151 cases of breast tumor(159 lesions), all cases were BIRADS ultrasonography and mammography classification, With pathologic results as the gold standard, both in the diagnostic value of different diameter breast lumps. Results The ultrasonography and mammography classification of BI-RADS check for less than 1 cm and non mass lesions of mammography classification of BI-RADS ultrasound accuracy is high, the diameter of 1 cm-2 cm lump diagnosis accuracy is consistent, larger than 2 cm lump ultrasonic BI-RADS high classification accuracy than mammography. Conclusion Ultrasound and mammography classification of BI-RADS have advantages in the diagnosis of breast lumps with different diameters.
