超声应用于剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中的临床进展

The clinical progress of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section

剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠在临床之中属于少见的异位妊娠,因为临床剖宫人数的增加,使得其发病率也随着增加。目前临床关于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发病机制尚未确定,也无统一的治疗标准。但是尽早确定剖宫产瘢痕妊娠可以有效的减少患者出现子宫破裂、大出以及子宫切除等并发症的发生,以保障产妇的生命。因为该病在早期缺乏临床表现,在早期需要进行超声检查,才能进行判断。超声可对子宫情况进行观察,进而对子宫瘢痕妊娠程度展开客观的判断,且彩色多普勒彩超操作简便,可进行重复检查,无创无痛,临床应用价值高。本文研究主要将剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者作为研究对象,探究超声应用于剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠检查所取得的临床效果,下文将展开详细的叙述。

Uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section is a rare ectopic pregnancy in clinical, because the increase in the number of clinical cesarean section makes the incidence of the disease also increases. At present, the pathogenesis of cicatricial pregnancy in caesarean section has not been determined, and there is no unified standard of treatment. But early determination of cesarean scar pregnancy can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications such as uterine rupture, large hysterectomy and hysterectomy, so as to ensure the maternal life. Because of the early lack of clinical manifestations of the disease, it is necessary to make a diagnosis by ultrasonic examination in the early stage. Ultrasound can observe the uterine condition, and further evaluate the degree of uterine scar pregnancy. Color Doppler ultrasound is simple and easy to operate. It can be repeated checked, noninvasive and painless, and has high clinical application value. This study will mainly focus on cesarean scar pregnancy patients, and explore the clinical effect of ultrasound in cesarean scar pregnancy examination.
