MRI和CT影像分度在新生儿HIE脑损伤程度评估中应用的价值分析

摘要 目的:探讨MRI和CT影像分度在新生儿HIE脑损伤程度评估中应用的价值。方法:选择我院收治的新生儿HIE患儿48例,全部患儿均行MRI和CT影像分度诊断,评估其脑损伤程度,观察对比两种方式新生儿HIE脑损伤程度评估准确性和影像表现。结果:就损伤程度评估准确率而言,MRI诊断轻度、中度、重度准确率分别为94.74%、95.00%和100%,高于CT影像分度89.94%、80.00%和88.89%,但不具备统计学差异,P>0.05;在新生儿HIE脑损伤程度评估中,MRI和CT影像分度影像表现均具有明显特征。结论:在新生儿HIE脑损伤程度诊断中,MRI和CT影像分度均能够提供有效诊断依据,前者优于后者,具有程度评估准确率高、脑水肿诊断灵敏度高等优势,值得广泛推广。 Objective To investigate the value of MRI and CT imaging in the evaluation of neonatal HIE brain injury. Methods Forty-eight neonates with HIE admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. All children underwent MRI and CT scans to diagnose the degree of brain injury. The value of the two methods was compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 94.74%, 95.00% and 100% respectively, which was 89.94%, 80.00% and 88.89% higher than that of CT images respectively, but not With statistical differences, P > 0.05. Conclusion In the diagnosis of brain injury in neonates with HIE, the MRI and CT images can provide an effective diagnosis basis. The former is superior to the latter, which has the advantages of high degree of accuracy assessment and high diagnostic sensitivity of brain edema. It is worth widely disseminating.
