低管电压扫描联合低剂量对比剂在CT肺动脉成像应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨在CT肺动脉成像中应用低管电压扫描联合低剂量对比剂的效果。方法:择本科室2015年10月—2017年10月间70例实施CT肺动脉成像检查的患者,随机分为常规组(n=35)和干预组(n=35),常规组实施常规管电压(120k Vp)和常规剂量对比剂(70ml碘海醇)扫描,干预组实施低管电压(80k Vp)和低剂量对比剂(35ml碘海醇)扫描,对比两种扫描方式的效果。结果:干预组BN较常规组更高(P<0.05),但干预组CNR、SNR、主观评分较常规组无明显差异(P>0.05),干预组DLP、CTDIvol、ED水平较常规组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在CT肺动脉成像中应用低管电压扫描(80k Vp)联合低剂量对比剂(70ml碘海醇)不影响图像质量,且可减少患者辐射剂量。
