多层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤患者中的诊疗中的应用效果及对预后的影响研究

The effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms and its effect on the prognosis

目的 :探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影早颅内动脉瘤患者诊疗中的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法:选择2015年6月—2017年8月科室收治的高度疑似颅内动脉瘤患者90例,患者入院后患者先行数字剪影血管造影(DSA)检查,然后对患者行多层螺旋CT造影检查,将多层螺旋CT血管造影与DSA检查进行比较,分析多层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤患者诊疗中的应用效果及对预后的影响。结果:90例患者中经DSA检查确诊82例,检出动脉瘤85个,检出率为91.11%。多层螺旋CT血管造影检查确诊80例,检出动脉瘤82个,与DSA检查诊断符合率为97.56%(P>0.05)。多层螺旋CT血管造影检查颅内动脉瘤瘤颈宽为1/85~4.37mm,平均(3.73±0.83)mm,高于DSA检查(平均瘤颈宽(3.67±1.02)mm)(P<0.05)。结论:将多层螺旋CT血管造影用于颅内动脉瘤患者诊疗中效果理想,能为临床治疗提供影像学依据,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the diagnosis and treatment of early intracranial aneurysms with multislice spiral CT angiography and its effect on the prognosis. Methods The June 2015-2017 year in August the Department admitted 90 cases of patients with highly suspected intracranial aneurysm patients after admission, patients underwent digital subtraction angiography(DSA) examination, and then underwent multi-slice spiral CT angiography, the multi-slice spiral CT angiography and DSA examination were compared, analysis of the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of patients intracranial aneurysm and its effect on prognosis. Results 82 cases were diagnosed by DSA examination in 90 cases, 85 aneurysms were detected, the detection rate was 91.11%. 80 cases were diagnosed by multislice spiral CT angiography, 82 aneurysms were detected, and the coincidence rate with DSA was 97.56%(P>0.05). Multislice spiral CT angiography showed that the neck width of intracranial aneurysms was 1/85 ~ 4.37 mm, with an average of(3.73±0.83) mm, which was higher than that of DSA(average neck width(3.67±1.02) mm)(P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography is ideal for the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms. It can provide imaging evidence for clinical treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
